As we had dealt with Sam before it was a no brainer to hire him again to sell another property. His knowledge of the property market was exceptional and we left everything in his hands. All his decisions were spot on and in every aspect proved his knowledge of the market to be correct and we received a remarkable price on the sale of the property.
At every stage of the process Sam kept us in constant contact explaining in great detail how things were progressing and always was helpful when we had questions to ask him. It was no trouble, for Sam, to whatever time of day we would contact him he was always obliging and helpful.
His professionalism was over and above what one would normally expect. Nothing was left undone and nothing that was not 100% legally correct or possibly questioned.
It is obvious that we were very impressed with everything that Sam did for us and could only highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling their property.
However Sam also worked extremely hard on matters that one would say were not in the realms of an real estate agent. As we Live in Tasmania and could not get up to Sydney, Sam acted as a middle man, in order to complete tasks that we could not possibly achieve. These included the supervision of works that were carried out in the Unit which included the overseeing and removal of unwanted household items, interior painting, installation of new stove, liaising with the Body Corporate on a one on one basis, actually himself cleaning the Unit and organising minor repairs prior to Auction. These services and more only enhance the professionalism that Sam showed and dedication to his client.
At the end of it all Sam felt more like a close friend than a real estate agent. It also goes without saying that the staff at his agency were of the highest integrity and helpfulness.
